Standard shipping is HK$30. Enjoy free shipping on orders of HK$550 or more.

We currently ship within Hong Kong only. We hope to offer international shipping in the future.

We start preparing orders as quickly as possible. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to help, but we can't guarantee changes or cancellations once an order is being processed or has been dispatched.

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and suitable for resale, with all original tags attached.

Log in to your LITTL customer account and submit a return request for the item(s) you'd like to return. Once your request has been reviewed and approved, you'll receive instructions on how and where to send your return.

We don't currently offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or colour, you can return your original item and place a new order.

Yes. Customers are responsible for arranging and covering return shipping costs, including returns due to size or colour preference. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

LITTL sizes are based on age and height, with height being the best guide when choosing a size. Our sizes range from 110 (3–4Y) to 150 (11–12Y).

We recommend choosing your child's size primarily based on height rather than age. If your child is between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size.

Yes. Our Size Guide provides recommended height ranges for each LITTL size to help you find the best fit for your child.

Materials vary by product and are selected for comfort, performance and durability. You'll find the exact fabric composition on each product page.

Always follow the care instructions on the garment label. As a general guide, wash with similar colours and avoid bleach and fabric softener to help preserve the fabric's performance and feel.
