Refund policy

We hope you love your LITTL pieces. If something isn't quite right, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

RETURN CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your return must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn and unwashed.
  • Items must be in their original condition and suitable for resale.
  • All original tags must remain attached.

Items showing signs of wear, washing or damage after delivery cannot be accepted.

HOW TO RETURN

1. Request your return
Log in to your LITTL customer account and submit a return request for the item(s) you'd like to return.

2. Wait for approval
Once your request has been reviewed and approved, you'll receive instructions on how and where to send your return. Please don't send items back before your return has been approved.

3. Send your return
Pack your item securely and send it using your preferred shipping provider. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping your proof of shipment until your return has been completed.

4. Receive your refund
Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process and post the refund to your account.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for arranging and covering return shipping costs, including returns due to size or colour preference.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES

We don't currently offer direct exchanges.

If you'd like a different size or colour, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item for a refund. This helps ensure your preferred item is available.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please check your order when it arrives.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, please contact us at hello@littlathletics.com as soon as possible so we can make it right.

If an item is confirmed to be defective, damaged on arrival or incorrectly supplied by LITTL, we'll cover the applicable return shipping costs.
